Primary care services include preventive care, sick care, and family care. Important Appointment Preparation Notice For your Annual Medical Check-Up/ Preventive Care, please note that fasting blood work is required. To ensure accurate test results: You must fast for at least 8 hours before your appointment. Only water is allowed during the fasting period — no food, coffee, tea, or other beverages. Morning appointments are strongly recommended to minimize discomfort from fasting. If you have any questions or concerns about fasting, please contact our office prior to your visit.
