Because some treatments aren't appropriate for every patient or every skin type, all services remain subject to provider assessment and clinical eligibility.
Important Membership Details
Six-Month Initial Commitment
The Luminance Signature Membership requires an initial commitment of six consecutive months. Monthly membership fees continue during the commitment period. After completing the initial six months, membership may continue according to the membership agreement until canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Unused Monthly Treatments
Your included monthly treatment is intended to encourage consistent care. Unused monthly treatments do not roll over and expire at the end of the applicable membership month. Treatments have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined to purchase another service.
Treatment Eligibility
All treatments are subject to clinical appropriateness. If your selected treatment isn't medically appropriate for you at that time, the Luminance team can help you choose another eligible monthly treatment.
Membership Discounts
Membership discounts apply to eligible treatments and products and generally cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, discounts, or special offers unless specifically stated.
Morpheus8 Anniversary Benefit
The complimentary Morpheus8 benefit becomes available after 12 consecutive months of active, paid membership and is subject to clinical eligibility, scheduling availability, and the complete membership terms.

What is the Luminance Signature Membership?
Our membership makes regular skin and wellness care simple. For $199 per month, enjoy one eligible treatment each month, exclusive member discounts, and a special one-year anniversary reward.
Can I choose a different treatment each month?
Yes! You can change your selection based on your goals and your provider’s recommendations. All treatments are subject to medical eligibility, appropriate treatment intervals, and availability.
What other benefits are included?
Active members with current payments receive 10% off other eligible skin treatments and 20% off eligible skincare products. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
What happens if I don’t use my monthly treatment?
You may roll over one unused treatment for one additional billing cycle. It must be used before that following cycle ends, or it expires.
A maximum of one unused treatment may carry forward at a time, and the oldest treatment is used first. Unused treatments have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Membership requires six monthly payments of $199, totaling $1,194. After the initial six-month commitment, it continues month to month until canceled.
Can I cancel during the six-month commitment?
You may submit a cancellation request at any time. During the initial commitment, cancellation takes effect at the end of your sixth paid billing cycle, and all six payments remain due unless an approved medical exception or applicable law permits earlier cancellation.
Your benefits remain available throughout the paid membership period, and your cancellation request prevents renewal after the initial commitment.
How do I cancel after the initial six months?
Submit your cancellation request at least 30 calendar days before your next billing date to prevent that charge. Requests received later take effect at the end of the next paid billing cycle.

What is the one-year anniversary reward?
After completing 12 consecutive paid monthly billing cycles, you earn one complimentary Morpheus8 RF microneedling treatment for the area specified in your agreement.
This reward is separate from your monthly treatment and must be redeemed within six months of being earned, subject to medical eligibility. Provider-recommended delays or Clinic scheduling limitations will extend that period.
How do I book my monthly treatment?
Use the Book My Monthly Treatment button on this page or contact our team. Let us know you are a Signature Member so we can verify your membership and available treatment before your appointment.
Can I pause my membership for medical reasons?
Documented medical conditions may qualify for an approved pause of up to three billing cycles. Billing and new treatment benefits stop during the pause, and applicable treatment expiration dates are extended.
Approved pauses preserve anniversary progress but do not count toward the 12 paid cycles. Contact our team to discuss your situation.
Can I share my membership or combine discounts?
Membership benefits are for the enrolled member only and cannot be shared or transferred. Member discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless approved by the Clinic.
Are membership payments refundable?
Payments for completed billing cycles are generally nonrefundable when treatment was available. Billing errors, duplicate charges, and charges after your effective cancellation date will be corrected.
